Come to Walden Woods to “walk deliberately.” We will explore the environs of Concord’s tranquil Walden Pond, stopping along the way to quietly experience the autumn beauty, and to share and reflect upon readings from Walden, Henry David Thoreau’s famous transcendentalist autobiography, and a companion volume, Thoreau As Spiritual Guide by the Rev. Barry Andrews (UU).

Wear clothes and footwear for light hiking, and bring a snack, a small notebook/pen, and a small towel to sit on. Meets in Concord, address sent to registrants.
