Spiritual Passages for Patient and Family
This program can be offered
on a Sunday afternoon, with the Rev. Zucker preaching a thematically-related
sermon during worship in the morning.
A half-day program addressing the spiritual issues associated with dying, includes audience participation, small group sharing, and an end-of-life planning seminar (“Five Wishes”).
The program begins with a compelling and informative lecture that explores
the passages experienced by patients and families facing death using current
research and personal stories drawn from hospice settings. Following a
