HOW TO PUT THE PIECES TOGETHER

If you are like most high school students, your life can be both wonderful and challenging. Opportunities abound, yet beyond the SATs and college quest, young people like you face tests, issues and decisions that require effective life skills not taught in the classroom. Attitude Aptitude is an engaging and interactive four-hour “inner prep course,” designed to help high school students grow and gain an edge as they learn how to:

• improve relationship skills,
• deepen self-awareness and self-confidence,
• sharpen communication style,
• manage stress and conflict effectively,
• identify and let go of self-defeating beliefs.
• develop the resilience and positive attitudes they need to thrive in high school and beyond.
